Sugatsune Heavy Duty 95º opening, thick door concealed hinges feature a robust load rating of 55 lbs for 2 hinges and 88 lbs for 3 hinges. Designed for overlay applications up to 1" and a maximum door thickness of 1-3/16". These hinges have a 40 mm cup diameter, search CMT317.400.11 for a 40 mm bit, sold separately. Available in self-close and free-swing versions. Mounting plates are sold separately. A great option when door weights are too heavy for standard hinges.
