NOTE: Warning labels are supplied by the lighting manufacturer and are required by UL regulations. Cabinet and furniture manufacturers are responsible for attaching the warning to the assembled cabinet or furniture piece. The installer of the light fixtures must mount the fixture in such a manner that the maximum wattage label is visible during re-lamping.
