How do I return all or part of my order?

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any products in new, unused, undamaged condition for a full refund, shipping not included. Refunds are given in the same manner that was used to purchase. However, items that were installed, cut to your specifications, special order items and Amerock Designer Import Hardware Knobs and Pulls may not be returned.

  • Products should be opened immediately upon receipt. Shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier and must be immediately reported to the carrier. Goods damaged in shipping cannot be returned. Other errors or products appearing to be defective must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt. We assume no responsibility after 5 days following receipt.

  • Please note that shipping damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier and is not a reason to return a product. We will assist you in settling your claim with the carrier.
  • Woodworker's Hardware® is not responsible for the return shipping charges unless we shipped the product in error.
  • To return product, either mail or ship the product to the address below. Insurance on your return is highly recommended. Woodworker's Hardware® is not responsible for returns that are lost while in transit to our company.
  • Returns could take from 5-10 days for the credit to be applied once the product has been received at our facility. We do our best to take care of these as quickly as possible and delays may happen. If we have any questions once your package is received, we'll contact you as soon as we can.
