Ordering Online

Our goal is to make your Online shopping experience at Woodworker's HARDWARE® simple and enjoyable. Because of the wide range of products available, be sure to double check your selections. If you can't find an item please call our customer service line at 1-800-383-0130.

Logging In. You will need a valid email address to order online from us. At this time you will set your password. By choosing a password, you allow us to save your customer information so you won't have to re-enter it every time you place an order. You can also use your password to review your order history and to access your favorites.

Our shopping cart works very simply. Find the product you're interested in, enter the quantity and add it to the cart. At check out, you will be given purchase information along with shipping costs. If you haven't already done so, enter your customer number, shipping and credit card information and your order is ready to go. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Your products will ship within one business day of the receipt of your order. Out-of-stock items will be noted on your packing slip and will be shipped as soon as they are available. Your credit card is charged for the entire order. Products out-of-stock will be shipped "no charge" when they are available.

We have diligently reviewed the information on our site and believe it to be correct. However, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors or errors of omission. Availability: In stock inventory is sold and received continuously throughout the day; therefor, there is a possibility the item may not be available. You will be notified of this or of any other situation if one transpires. Woodworker's Hardware does reserve the right to limit quantities of goods sold.

You are welcome to make purchases from us without creating a user account. You will receive emails confirming order and providing tracking information for purchases made without creating a user account. These emails will be the only source which contains the information necessary to check the status of your order. Also, if you create an account after an order has been placed and processed, that order will not appear on your account information.
