General Finishes Water Based 2K Conversion Varnish Satin Gallon

Conversion Varnish is the latest addition to our professional water based product line. It is a two component post catalyzed urethane topcoat suitable for bar tops and commercial applications where ultimate durability is necessary. General Finishes Conversion Varnish has a 6-8 hour pot life once catalyzed and can be re-coated in 1-2 hours.

This item is an ORMD product for shipping purposes "Other Regulated Materials-Domestic" and cannot be shipped via any "Air" service.

Requires NCO Catalyst - 13 ounces per gallon (one included with gallon; also sold separately)
Spray on application only
Tip sizes recommended:
- Compressed Air, HVLP - 1.09-1.3mm
- Airless .009-.013, air caps should be medium size
Passes KCMA standards
VOC < 200 g/l (1.75 lbs/gal) excluding water
3 coats - additional coats can be applied depending on use
Recoat: 1-2 hours
Coverage: 450-500 sq. ft/gal
