Who We Are

Woodworker’s Hardware is an online retailer offering a wide variety of woodworking products with over 18,000 items in stock and ready to ship.  We have been operating out of our warehouse in central Minnesota, processing and shipping orders all from the same location since 1991.

Our Story

Our story began from a dream our founder, Erv Sauer, had in 1991.  He had a vision of a small warehouse taking care of the hardware needs of wood workers and cabinet makers in the region, and boy, was his vision short sighted.  Over the past 30 years we have grown in our online presence to an international level.  We have become a second-generation family owned business, and have not forgotten the values Erv tried to instill in our company.  We have expanded our one warehouse up to 86,000 square feet, and still push its storage space to max capacity.

Our Goals

We strive to offer a wide variety of products, and having knowledgeable staff; not only on mainstream products, but on alternatives and replacements out in the market as well.  Over this last year, with supply chain shortages everywhere, we have brought in many great new products like the Hettich's AvanTech drawer box, and undermount slides from Pride and the KV Samet line.

Our customer service staff is continually trained on new products as they become available to be able to answer questions on usage, installation, durability, alternatives, and so much more.  We value our customer service, and strive to outshine competition.

Our warehouse staff works hard to fill our orders, making it possible to continue to fill our orders 99.5% complete within 1 business day of order placement.  They also put great effort into helping watch inventory levels to limit backorders for our customers.

The environment has always been of great importance to our ownership.  In the summer of 2020, we installed 856 solar panels on our roof.  We now operate at 80% of our electricity being generated by our solar panels, and we continue to look for other ways to limit our waste and usage.
