3M radial bristle disc mandrel for holding 1 - 16 discs. Ideal for when you need just a few discs for thin spindle sanding. Each mandrel has a 1/4" shank and comes with 2 caps; the silver cap is for 1 - 10 discs (1/8" - 1/4" wide) and the black cap for 7 - 16 discs (3/8" - 1/2" wide).
